Medical wigs
Medical wigs are required to be constructed of materials that do not cause allergies and does not contain chemicals that are not safe for use in humans. Medical wigs are addressed to people who have partial or total hair loss due to chemotherapy, alopecia or any other disease. Wigs must be built in accordance with European Union standards and carry the CE certification mark.
Wigs with CE Certification
All medical wigs of our company have the CE certification mark and the logo of our company (look for the label inside the wig). Our company keep Technical folder containing certificates and laboratory tests by independent institutions and laboratories that certify the quality and safety of the construction materials for wigs.
Tab SERVICE wig
The care of the wig requires appropriate knowledge and use special materials. Along with the purchase of the wig you will receive SERVICE tab on which are marked all the technical work (mowing, combing, dyeing, restructuring, etc.) and treatment that will be in your wig by our authorized personnel. We have branches in Athens and Thessaloniki which can be obtained for the SERVICE of your wig. If you cannot visit one of our shop you can send your wig by courier.
Our company has organized salons authorized fulfilling all the conditions of hygiene (sterilizing instruments, disinfection of premises, staff health certificates etc.) in accordance with the Law.
Warranty for the Wigs
By purchasing the wig receive written guarantee covering free repair of any work have your wig. The warranty expires if you do not follow the SERVICE program wig, if there is interference by a third party or if a misuse of the product.
Documents for your health insurance fund
The disease or medical wigs wigs for people with partial or total loss of hair from their illness (eg alopecia) or make chemotherapy. The EOPYY with all affiliated pension funds pay to the insured the amount of 190 € (25% participation). The documents you need to have to get the amount of EUR 190 are the following:

3) Purchasing receipt that says your details (name, number AMKA, etc.) and indicate the product you buy (you receive it from us)
4) Warranty - Certificate with the seal of the company that the wig is made according to EU standards and CE marked (you will receive it from us)
5) Manual - Instructions (you will receive from our company)
ATTΕNTION: The date advice and approval must be prior to receipt (first you get the advice and approval and then buy the wig)
TIP: Always ask your health insurance fund for accurate documentation will ask you. Jurisdiction to answer you is your insurance fund and not our company.
If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who makes the sale for personal use and not for the service of his individual activity, then he is entitled to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days, returning the product in its original condition, bearing the return costs, in accordance with § 10 of article 4 of Law 2251/1994 (only concerns distance purchase via INTERNET and not purchase from our physical store)
You are entitled to withdraw without giving any reason from the distance sale in writing within 14 calendar days by returning the product in its original condition. This right starts from the day of receipt of the products and ends on the date of receipt of the products by the company. Sending the declaration of withdrawal or sending the products within 14 calendar days will be considered sufficient for the timely exercise of the right of withdrawal. The products are returned at the customer's expense or are presented by the customer himself to the company's headquarters (Tsimiski Ioannou 130, 54621 Thessaloniki).
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, any impairment of the value of the goods must be compensated with financial compensation, only in the case and to the extent that this is due to the treatment of the product that goes beyond the usual examination of the characteristics and functionality of the product. "Customary examination of the characteristics and functionality of the product" means the testing of the relevant goods, as it may have taken place and as is customary in a physical store.
Specifically for hair products, due to the fact that they are sensitive and for hygiene reasons, only the physical examination by sight and touch is understood as an examination and not the placement of the product on the scalp. The customer will be responsible for the return costs. Any financial obligation for the payment of amounts (e.g. transport costs, compensation) must be fulfilled within 30 days, starting from the time of sending the declaration of withdrawal by you or the return of the goods.
The right of withdrawal from article 4 § 10 of the Law. 2251/1994 does not apply:
In cases where the price of the products has been paid in our physical store and at the same time, they have been received from the physical store, as the sale is not considered to have been made remotely.
In cases where the product is a special order made to the customer's measurements or modified according to the customer's wishes (e.g. a haircut, dyeing or any other technical hairdressing work was done).
In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal and provided that the product has been returned to the company, the value of the product will be returned to the customer. It is expressly agreed and the customer already provides his irrevocable instruction and consent to this effect, that our company is entitled to withhold from the refunded amount the return costs, which are borne by the customer, as well as any compensation in the event of destruction or diminution of the value of the product due to wear or damage to the product due to actions of the customer.
Depending on the payment method chosen by the customer when placing their order, the refund will be made accordingly:
For online credit card, the refund will be made to the card.
For cash on delivery or bank deposit, you must provide us with the IBAN of a bank account, the name of the beneficiary and the bank to which it relates. For Paypal, the refund will be made via Paypal.
You expressly agree that the product must not have undergone any alteration or damage or be used.
Used products are not refundable
The customer must return the product along with the legal purchase receipt
